Qualifications
- BSc Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and/or similar (STEM).
Requirements for the Field Engineer position
- High level of English language.
- French language is also a plus.
- Excellent customer service orientation and technical problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of optical, electrical, and mechanical sub-system will be an asset.
- Must be self-directed, able to work independently with limited management oversight (training programme is provided by the company).
- Willingness to travel, including domestic and international travel (50% of time may be required for travel).
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to work independently with minimal supervision onsite and in the field.
