Lynx Financial Crime Tech is looking for a Senior HR Compensation Specialist based in its Madrid office.

 

Position: Senior HR Compensation Specialist.

Type of contract: full time.

Location: Madrid.

What you will be doing

As a Senior HR Compensation your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define and execute the variable compensation model for Sales profiles;
  • Coordination bonus process with Santander’s headquarters team;
  • Define and execute retention incentives for employees;
  • Monitor the systems and quarterly follow-up of the achievement of the Sales profiles objectives and coordination with the Finance team;
  • Perform analysis and reporting on the equal pay and gender gap situation within the company;
  • Elaboration of annual budget, reporting and HR analytics;
  • Prepare information requiered for audits;
  • Participate in HR projects and interacti with multidisciplinary teams.

 

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation and HR analytics;
  • Project and process management experience is a plus.

 

Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Sciences preferred.

 

Skills & knowledge
  • Experience in HR Analytics;
  • Knowledge of tools/techniques to collect, process and analyze information;
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI;
  • Desirable knowledge in Workday and Salesforce;
  • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy in the execution of processes;
  • Operational efficiency: ability to design, implement, and maintain automated systems/processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

 

Languages
  • Spanish;
  • English: advanced level; verbal fluency as it is necessary to communicate with countries in English.
