Lynx Financial Crime Tech is looking for a Cybersecurity Technical Specialist based in its Madrid office.

 

Position: Senior HR Compensation Specialist.

Type of contract: full time.

Location: Madrid.

What you will be doing

As a Cybersecurity Technical Specialist you will part of the Cyber team in Lynx, ensuring that the cybersecurity posture and controls are effectively protecting company’s information and systems with a 360º view. You will help in different fronts:

  • Ensure deployment of cybersecurity tools and protections.
  • Manage cyber solutions and tools to effectively handle potential cybersecurity threats.
  • Enforce security configurations across Lynx systems, communications, and architecture.
  • Coordinate vulnerability identification activities and track remediation.
  • Advise and assess Lynx’s software product areas in terms of cyber.
  • Propose and deploy new solutions and capabilities.
  • Manage and handle cybersecurity incidents.
  • Collaborate within the cyber certification processes (PCI-DSS, ISO27001…).

 

Experience
  • 6+ years of experience cybersecurity operations or similar positions.
  • Experience in the financial/banking industry.

 

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
  • Cybersecurity certifications is a plus (CISSP, OSCP, CEH, GCIH…).

 

Skills & knowledge
  • Experience in cybersecurity:
    • controls and best practices;
    •  solutions such as EDR, DLP, vulnerability assessment tools (Qualys), firewalls, IDS/IPS.
  • Knowledge in:
    • threat analysis and incident response;
    • computer forensics;
    • Cloud (AWS) security and architecture;
    • Linux environments, virtualization, and container security.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and identify security threats.
  • Advanced level in English.

 

Languages
  • Spanish;
  • English: advanced level; verbal fluency as it is necessary to communicate with countries in English.
