Ultimate Solutions Global, S.L. is looking for a Packaging Engineer working at their offices in Madrid.
DESCRIPTION
As Packaging Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support to clients in implementing and maintaining our solutions of packaging equipment, serialization, and vision inspections systems, ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements and operate effectively in clients’ environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical project support for packaging equipment, including conducting on-site installation and configuration according to client specifications.
- Address issues related to packaging equipment´s hardware, software, and system functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to resolve issues promptly.
- Run regular risk assessments of both equipment and processes.
- Transfer technical knowledge to client personnel to ensure effective utilization of our products.
- Conduct system testing and validation activities to ensure that our solutions meet regulatory compliance standards and client requirements.
- Generate regular/daily reports on field activities, including service requests, resolutions, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the product team to contribute to the improvement of our solutions.
ADITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Work experience in a strongly regulated (engineering) environment.
- Basic knowledge of automation control systems, PLC’s and HMI’s, and computer Network experience.
- Travel requirement for this position involves approximately 75% of travel and includes domestic and international travel.
- Must possess the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or another related technical field of study.
TYPE OF CONTRACT
- Full-time employee.
