What you will be doing
As a Junior Business Intelligence & Performance you will work within the finance department, assigned mainly to business intelligence and performance measurement, management dashboards creation and FP&A tasks. The following are some of the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:
- Identify valuable data sources and automate data gathering processes across the company.
- Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.
- Improve recurrent reporting and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze large amounts of information to identify trends and patterns.
- Monitor and analyze business performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Build predictive models and ‘what-if’ simulations.
- Present information using data visualization techniques.
- Participate in implementation of tools and processes.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathemathics, Statistics, Physics or equivalent field.
Skills & knowledge
- Knowledge of:
- SAS, SQL, R, and Python;
- business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView…).
- Strong
- math skills (e.g., statistics, algebra);
- financial modeling and Excel skills.
- Willing to learn and develop financial concepts (profitability, pricing, etc.) using data analysis.
Languages
- English: advanced level; verbal fluency as it is necessary to communicate with countries in English.
