This training session from the program CaTaPull UP focused on commercialization and sales is aimed at strengthening these skills in science-based startups with a technological foundation, with a special focus on designing effective strategies tailored to corporate and institutional clients.
Led by Miguel Ángel Trujillo and Miguel García Cesto, this session will combine key concepts with practical tools to optimize customer acquisition, generate business opportunities, and structure an efficient sales funnel.
Workshop: Market discovery and commercial strategy
Design of an effective sales plan
Customer acquisition with limited resources (lead generation)
In addition to the group workshop, participants may opt for a one-on-one mentoring session with the trainers. These sessions will allow for deeper exploration of specific commercial aspects, tailored to the individual needs of each startup. Selection will be based on the potential benefit of the session, and the date will be agreed directly between the startup and the trainer.
