Versarien plc acquires 62% of Spanish company Gnanomat

Gnanomat has reached an agreement with the British corporation Versarien plc for its entry as a major shareholder.

With this agreement, both companies align to bring graphene to one of the most relevant final applications of this nanomaterial, energy storage, using the Spanish startup’s technology.

In this way, Versarien acquires a highly relevant development and market channel to strengthen its strategic positioning, and Gnanomat receives support from a global leader in the nanotechnology and advanced materials sector.
