The Madrid Science Park (FPCM) is a safe option for those entrepreneurs who wish to carry out their professional activities in a strategic environment where Universities, Research Centers and Companies are committed to Research, Development and Innovation.

Those entrepreneurs who choose the FPCM to set up their business find a comprehensive range of business incubation services, as well as quality offices and laboratories. In figures, over 300 companies have chosen the Madrid Science Park since it was established in 2001. In 2018, the FPCM has had 91 associated companies from the following sectors: 43% Life Sciences and Chemistry, 40% Information Communication Technology, 12% Nanotechnology, New Materials and Engineering, 2% Environment and Renewable Energy and 3% Other sectors.

In addition to this, the FPCM counts with a Genomics Platforms that offers a broad range of scientific services to research groups, hospitals, companies and public or private laboratories and the Park is also an active member of the Enterprise Europe Network; the world’s largest support network for SMEs with international ambitions.

 

Infrastructures and Spaces

  • 8.400m² of incubation premises for innovative companies and shared scientific equipment: pre-equipped offices and laboratories and co-working spaces.
  • Reception 24h / 365day, meeting and training rooms, conference hall, dining room, breastfeeding room, rest areas, audiovisual support, parking, storage rooms and technical rooms.

 

Support services for associated companies/entities

Business services: 

  • Visibility, internationalization, network of mentors and collaborators, human resources, access to finance, communication and events.

Genomics Platform:

  • Real Time PCR.
  • Next Generation Sequencing.
