This Learn and Brunch session on NGS is organized by Condalab, in collaboration with the Genomics Unit of the Madrid Science Park (PCM). During the event, various challenges and solutions related to the analysis of complex samples (FFPE, liquid biopsy, single cell…) will be addressed, along with a practical and educational overview of the key steps to optimize the entire NGS process.

Throughout the session, key topics will include:

Preparation and isolation of high-quality RNA.
Selection of kits and tools for RNA and DNA.
Optimization of results from challenging samples.
Bioinformatics solutions for NGS analysis.
