Logo de CaTaPull

CaTaPull is the FPCM’s immersive acceleration program to promote high-impact entrepreneurship, generate qualified employment and create highly innovative deep tech companies and spin-offs that can achieve success in the market. The program is based on the Lean Launchpad method – developed at the universities of California and Stanford, pioneers of scientific-technological entrepreneurship – to help step by step in business development: from the initial idea to the incorporation of the company, the validation of the business model and the development of the customer through interviews with the market.

In Madrid, the program is developed with the collaboration of the Madrid City Council.

Logo de CaTaPull Up

CaTaPull Up is the FPCM’s scaling program aimed at improving the competitiveness, profitability, and internationalization capacity of deep tech companies. Targeted at young, innovative, science and technology-based start-ups, CaTaPull Up focuses on direct, personalized support for each company by the FPCM team. This approach includes training and subsidies for strategic services based on the cross-cutting needs identified in the preliminary innovation diagnosis, covering both strategic and commercial aspects. These services may include proof of concepts, intellectual property, marketing, etc.

In Madrid, the program is developed with the collaboration of the Madrid City Council.

Participating Companies

Logo de APTENISA Emprende

APTenisa is a national initiative coordinated by the Spanish Association of Science and Technology Parks (APTE) and funded by the National Innovation Company (Enisa). It includes a set of programs aimed at promoting the creation and growth of new science and technology-based companies. These programs (Start and Launch) support entrepreneurs from the initial idea to the acceleration phase, business model validation, and company incorporation. All of this is made possible by a team of park managers, investors, scientists, advisors, and experienced executives who provide guidance and training to entrepreneurs to help them develop their products, services, and business models, foster growth and investment, and build a successful business.

The FPCM participates in all APTenisa activities and coordinates the Launch program.

Logo de Dinamiza

Dinamiza is a project of the Deputy Vice-Presidency of Knowledge Transfer of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) to create technology-based companies or spin-offs that develop the knowledge generated at the CSIC and bring it to the market. Its objective is to promote entrepreneurial culture in the scientific community, identifying lines of research and technologies that can give rise to business opportunities and accompanying researchers throughout the journey prior to starting up a company.

The FPCM has been collaborating in Dinamiza since its first edition in 2019.

The Entrepreneurship Promotion Programme for Researchers of the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) helps entrepreneurial doctors and doctoral students to validate their line of research to apply it to the industrial and social fabric. Through training and mentoring sessions, the business idea is structured, ways to validate it with the market are sought and a prototype is created to validate it with potential customers.

The FPCM has been collaborating in this program since its first edition in 2019.
