Aratech selected among 90 innovative European SMEs to host an expert from the INNOSUP program

The European Horizon 2020 Innosup-02 program offers a select group of young researchers a one-year stay in a leading innovation company. The goal is to give them the opportunity to complement their theoretical knowledge with business practice, enriching their curriculum.

A total of 90 SMEs across Europe have been selected to host these experts, including the company based in the Madrid Science Park, Aratech.

The program has valued Aratech’s track record and innovative potential, specifically the possibilities of its novel ODR technology. ODR (Optical Density Recognizer) technology is based on an algorithm system for optical protein processing. In five minutes and with a simple photograph of the gel, the app is able to automatically study the data obtained in the development, according to the color density associated with each protein.
The young expert joining will strategically support the development of new functionalities for ODR and their corresponding validation. They will also participate in the dissemination plan by attending international scientific conferences and fairs.

An enriching opportunity for both the researcher and the company, and by extension for the entire international ecosystem that we promote from the Park.
