Firma acuerdo ClarkeModet-PCM
Entities within the Park will receive advice to manage their intangible assets and access financing from the industrial and intellectual property group

The Madrid Science Park (PCM) and ClarkeModet have signed a collaboration agreement to boost the growth of deep tech startups and scaleups linked to the PCM ecosystem. This alliance allows for the expansion and specialization of the services offered by PCM, providing comprehensive support in matters of industrial and intellectual property, regulation, and financing.

Thanks to this agreement, ClarkeModet will provide PCM entities with a package of solutions adapted to the different stages of their project development, from initial phases to more advanced stages. These services will have a personalized and practical approach, aimed at maximizing, protecting, and monetizing the innovation value of the companies incubated at PCM.

The Madrid Science Park is a benchmark in supporting scientific-technological entrepreneurship, contributing to the acceleration and scaling of more than 350 new companies. We know that a key factor in the success of the Park’s entrepreneurs is the multidisciplinary support we offer from their early stages, and therefore we are delighted to sign this agreement with ClarkeModet, whose experience in industrial and intellectual property and digital assets will provide personalized advice that complements the services the Park offers to companies,” says Marta del Castillo Vázquez, General Director of PCM.

Our experience with over 1,500 startups in the last decade has shown us that, in their early stages, these companies face three critical needs: developing a minimum viable product, getting their first customer, and accessing financing. With this agreement, we want to help solve these three challenges by putting our knowledge at the service of the innovative talent of PCM entities and helping them grow solidly,” states María Garaña, Global CEO of ClarkeModet.

The working methodology with startups and scaleups will be based on two key priorities: on one hand, reducing uncertainty by minimizing risks and time in strategic processes such as technology protection, market entry, or regulatory compliance; on the other hand, maximizing resources and project outcomes by helping to activate all available mechanisms for valuing intangible assets.

With this initiative, PCM and ClarkeModet reaffirm their commitment to promoting high-value scientific and technological projects, combining capabilities so that the ideas born within the Madrid entrepreneurial ecosystem become competitive, sustainable, and internationally projected solutions.
