The Biostatistics Unit of the IMDEA Food Institute and the Mathematics and Ecology departments of the Faculty of Sciences at the Autonomous University of Madrid present a comprehensive training cycle in Applied Statistics with R software.
R is becoming the reference statistical software in most research centers and universities, and its use is also spreading within private companies. R is free, open-source software and is incorporating advanced data analysis techniques that have been developed in recent years more rapidly than other programs.
Divided into different modules, which can be taken individually or globally, according to the interests and knowledge of the student, the program brings together a wide variety of statistical techniques that have been selected for their importance in modern data analysis.
