The FPCM has just launched CaTaPull UP 2024, its new open innovation program. In it, the most innovative start-ups can present solutions to the needs and challenges proposed by the program’s open innovation partners . These partners include large corporations from different sectors, such as Anzen Technologies in engineering, Correos Labs in logistics, EDP in energy or Thales Alenia Space in the aeronautical sector, among others. The innovation departments of these companies have identified opportunities for innovation in their internal processes or business units.

Deep-tech start-ups wanted

To respond to these challenges, CaTaPull UP 2024 is looking for deep-tech start-ups less than 5 years old with a TRL>7. These start-ups can submit their proposals for solutions to any of the proposed challenges via the web form of each challenge.

If selected, start-ups will benefit from:

  • Direct contact with corporate innovation departments of large companies;
  • Validation of products, services, business models or market;
  • Access to professional services at no cost;
  • Follow-up by the FPCM team.

Three-phase program

The CaTaPull UP 2024 program includes three phases:

  1. Phase 1 (until June 1): presentation of solutions to the challenges by the participating start-ups ;
  2. Phase 2 (until October 1): joint work of the selected corporations and start-ups to develop and validate the solutions;
  3. Phase 3 (until October 15): application for the professional services required by start-ups;
  4. End of the program (November 1).

Interested start-ups can consult the program’s one-pager , the CaTaPull UP 2024 website or contact catapull@fpcm.es or directly choose their challenges and CaTaPulltar their innovative solution.
