Nanological is looking for a QA Technician (Junior/Senior) at its headquarters at Madrid Science Park (Cantoblanco campus).

The Role
As a QA Technician (Junior/Senior), you will be instrumental in establishing and managing our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards. You will work closely with external consultants and cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives that will shape the future of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the QMS and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee daily quality operations, including inspections, batch release, and documentation control.
- Manage supplier quality, conduct audits, and monitor performance.
- Lead/support CAPA processes and root cause analysis.
- Ensure proper equipment qualification, calibration, and validation.
- Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance.
- Provide training and guidance on quality procedures.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Junior Level: 1-3 years in Quality Assurance/Control (regulated industry preferred).
- Senior Level: 5+ years, including QMS implementation, supplier quality management, and CAPA leadership.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Passionate about quality, innovation, and making an impact in the medical field.
