Nanological is looking to add a person to their team for an Embedded Software Engineering internship to work on-site at their headquarters in the Parque Científico de Madrid (Cantoblanco campus).

💼 What are we looking for?
We are looking for a person with technical training (recent graduate or currently pursuing a master’s) interested in developing their career in embedded software.

You will join the development team to support hardware control software, automation, and new functionalities.
- Location: Madrid (hybrid format, on-site at Parque Científico de Madrid, with 1 day of remote work per week).
- Possibility of hiring after the internship depending on performance.
👨💻 What will you do?
- Collaborate in the development of embedded software, mainly in Python.
- Learn efficient middleware programming in C/C++ for resource-constrained systems.
- Integrate commercial hardware using protocols SPI, I2C, UART and control via GPIO.
- Work alongside hardware, software, and data teams.
- Participate in using Git and familiarize yourself with CI/CD pipelines.
- Gain hands-on experience in electronics and embedded systems architecture.
🎓 What profile are we looking for?
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar.
- Knowledge of Python applied to hardware automation or control.
- Basic knowledge of embedded programming in C/C++.
- Familiarity with communication protocols: SPI, I2C, UART.
- Basic handling of Git.
- Interest or experience in hardware testing and debugging is a plus.
