What You’ll Do in Your Role
As a Software Engineer (API RESTful), your goal will be to contribute to the development of an AI-based AML tool using Big Data and real-time processing.
We need someone like you to help us in various areas:
- Requirements analysis and participation in solution design.
- Development and maintenance of an innovative cloud application for AML detection in financial environments.
- System performance/speed analysis and optimization.
- Testing to ensure proper functionality of developments.
- Creating test cases.
- Incident diagnosis and resolution.
- Improvements and best practices in the use of repositories and software development tools.
Experience
- 4+ years of development experience in Python.
Education
- Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar degrees.
Skills & Knowledge
- Solid knowledge and best practices in Python programming for RESTful APIs in a Unix environment, mainly Linux.
- With a strong focus on:
- Best practices and improvements, with testing as a core element.
- Performance and real-time processing.
- Python programming for accessing Elasticsearch and SQL databases.
- Knowledge of Docker.
- Using repositories in GitLab.
Other Information
- Fluent English (B2 level).
- Knowledge and certifications in AWS are desirable.
- Scripting language programming: Bash.
