In Funditec we are growing and looking to incorporate a Human Resources Consultant to strengthen our People & Talent team, key in managing and developing internal talent. Their role focuses on providing strategic support to different departments, promoting a healthy, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment. The team drives selection, training, development, and wellbeing processes, actively contributing to the foundation’s organizational culture.
The Advantx Technological Foundation (Funditec) is a technology center located in Madrid. Funditec plays a key role in the technological development value chain, offering sustainable and secure R&D projects to its clients and industrial partners in accordance with current economic and social needs.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAILY WORK BE LIKE?
- You will support the onboarding and initial training of new hires.
- You will manage selection and development processes, following established procedures and maintaining direct contact with managers from different departments.
- You will be responsible for reviewing and managing payroll incidents.
- You will be the contact person providing support to employees with their queries.
- You will implement strategies for talent attraction and retention.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Essential requirements:
- Higher education degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing selection processes in a generalist Human Resources department.
- Experience supporting organization, structure, and company growth.
- Management of documentation and other administrative tasks typical of the HR area.
- Knowledge of and involvement in the payroll process.
- Experience managing and promoting internal training.
We will value positively:

- Knowledge and experience in labor law.
- High level of English (minimum B2, preferably C1).
