As part of the regular activities organized by the Madrid Science Park to bring its small innovative companies closer to the industry, today we received a visit from Indra, one of the leading global consulting and technology companies.
David Pascual and Alberto Pintado, members of Indraventures, the vehicle to strengthen relationships with the entrepreneurial ecosystem and finance Indra’s initiatives, presented their new innovation model to a small group of startups and spinoffs associated with the Park. This model, launched in the middle of last year, aims to boost disruptive innovation at Indra to strategically expand and accelerate the capacity to generate and capture potentially attractive ideas for its future offerings. In essence, it’s a model that seeks to support innovation wherever it may be, both inside and outside the organization.
According to David Pascual, it’s a pleasure to approach the entrepreneurial ecosystem firsthand, represented by universities, technology centers, startups, and spinoffs. It’s an opportunity to meet profiles with great capacities for innovation and improving their environment. This approach, as he pointed out, is allowing them to enhance Indra’s desire to represent the industrial partner that any new company needs and to strengthen its role as an innovation hub.
After an initial introductory talk, the Indraventures team met with a selection of companies based in the Park. These are projects that, due to their theme and scope, are aligned with the company’s current and future lines of activity and, therefore, have competent profiles to integrate into the company’s portfolio.
