- Ernst Young has selected Exaccta Tax as the Spanish representative for its European-level entrepreneur event
- Exaccta TAX is the world’s first APP that extracts data from an invoice using a mobile photo and generates accounting automatically and in real-time
Exaccta Tax has been chosen by the consulting firm Ernst Young to participate in the ‘Accelerating Tech Entrepreneur Pitch’, a competition within the Strategic Growth Forum, for which the firm has selected the 6 best startups from all over Europe.
Exaccta Tax, recently awarded as the best Technology-Based company in the Community of Madrid, is the world’s first APP that allows users to take a simple photo of receipts and invoices with a smartphone or tablet, and the accounting is generated automatically and in real-time, with or without connectivity. This fact has not gone unnoticed when considering Exaccta Tax as the sole Spanish representative in the competition, valuing the app’s usefulness for self-employed individuals and the application’s ease of use.
For Carlos Tapiador, CEO of Exaccta, participating in such an important competition opens doors to the international market for us. Furthermore, it is a recognition that shows us that applications of this type are of interest and have a place in the global market, so we will continue to enhance and develop Exaccta Tax, an app that we have designed with the sole purpose of facilitating the work of self-employed individuals .
Exaccta, the only Spanish startup selected to participate in the event, will compete against 5 other entrepreneurs from the United Kingdom (2), Italy (1), France (1), and Turkey (1). The winner of the event, which will take place in Rome on April 16 and 17, will attend EY’s World Entrepreneur Of The Year in Monaco in May, an initiative that brings together famous entrepreneurs worldwide to learn firsthand about the keys to success.
This event is part of the Strategic Growth Forum initiative, organized by Ernst Young, which brings together scientists, politicians, and businesspeople to discuss the future of the region, its challenges, and opportunities.
