CaTaPull Up Session – Internal Communication

This session of the CaTaPull Up program is focused on developing skills in internal communication and strategic leadership, which are essential for the effective functioning of teams in highly innovative environments.

Led by Bárbara Castillo Abdul and Luis Miguel Romero, this session will provide tools to align vision and purpose, strengthen collaboration, and manage complex conversations within the organization.
