Continuous, specialized, high-quality, and self-managed healthcare training
Operemos (Veni, Vidi, Surg) is a company comprised of professionals from the healthcare, academic, and technological fields. Our goal is to develop tools that facilitate continuous training and research tasks for personnel in any field, although we have focused on the healthcare area.
We believe it is necessary to radically change the approach to training, significantly making the processes of offering, registration, acceptance of attendees, implementation, and evaluation more flexible. Additionally, we provide research personnel with tools that facilitate the task of recording, validating, and distributing information collected in research projects.
To this end, we have developed several tools, the most important of which is Operemos. It is a web application with social network features that connects experienced healthcare professionals with students. The professionals offer the possibility to attend, free of charge, activities they will be conducting in healthcare centers. Students, in turn, can browse the entire range of proposed activities, selecting those that interest them, regardless of where they will take place or whether they are in-person/online.
Operemos allows for managing attendance requests, recording activities, evaluating attendees and instructors, and incorporating related documentation. It has been validated by the Madrid Association of Surgeons and is used to organize surgery practices for Medical students at the Autonomous University of Madrid. It has also been used to organize training activities for companies in the pharmaceutical sector.
Furthermore, we have applications designed to conduct all types of studies, especially clinical ones. We aim to facilitate the tasks of recording, inputting, and distributing data for all actors participating in these studies. For this purpose, we have MiEstudio, an online platform that allows for the participation of personnel from different centers, without the need to install software, and guarantees absolute traceability of the processes of recording, processing, and registering information.
