The company holds the license to exploit the international patent ‘Vidalim‘ in Spain. A formula developed in collaboration with the Autonomous University of Madrid, which has enabled the launch of the first range of functional meat products in the international market.
A range of unique products containing long-chain omega-3 (usually only present in our regular diet in oily fish), protected by rosemary antioxidant obtained through supercritical fluid technology, as well as microalgae (in triglyceride form). Their products have high purity and concentration of omega-3, while avoiding the drawbacks of fish-derived sources. Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of polyunsaturated fat that contributes to the proper functioning of the heart, brain, and vision.
Among its products, Frialtec offers a line for children (Vidalim Kids). As an added value, their manufacturing process preserves the environment. Additionally, the company is currently immersed in designing new applications for this patent in the food sector, as well as in the cosmetics and personal care market.
