Biotechnology and Scientific Consulting on Viruses and Cancer
225 Laboratory Research (225LR) is a technology-based company (TBC), spin-off from CSIC. Its purpose is to provide scientific consulting, specifically based on our knowledge of the molecular biology of viruses and cancer.
Additionally, 225LR has previously developed a series of experimental vaccine prototypes for diseases of health interest, especially in livestock, such as African swine fever. This disease is of European and global interest due to the uncontrolled spread of this pathology across the planet, which strongly threatens the economy of the involved sectors and the ecosystem.
Our team has over 30 years of experience in AI applications, brain-machine interfaces, biomaterials, biomedical engineering, robotics, and highly innovative research to improve people’s health and well-being through biomedical and non-biomedical applications.
