APTENISA launches Investor Network, the training program to become business angels.

The call to participate in the Investor Network training program, within APTEnisa Emprende, is now open. It is a business angel training program aimed at potential investors who want to learn or deepen their knowledge for direct investment in startups.

The training, given by the Ramon Llull University, comprises five modules. The first provides an introduction to the key concepts of venture capital and market metrics. The second module focuses on investment opportunities (deal flow). The third section analyses how to value the projects that are received as an investor. The fourth module develops the tax aspects of investment and how to close it. Finally, the fifth module delves into how to manage investments, investment agreements and venture capital funds.

Participants in the training will reap various benefits. On the one hand, people new to the subject will be able to enter the world of investment in startups. On the other hand, those who currently invest will be able to increase the level of their investment with knowledge and security. In addition, both profiles will be able to benefit from being part of APTE’s first investment network.

About APTEnisa Emprende

APTEnisa Emprende is the new business ideation and acceleration program of the Association of Science and Technology Parks of Spain (APTE) and the National Innovation Company, SME, S.A. (ENISA). The program seeks to facilitate the creation of new companies and reduce the obstacles they face during their growth. The goal is for companies to reach a size that makes them more competitive. This objective is aligned with those of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain and with the Law on the Creation and Growth of Companies. In addition, APTENISA will address the territorial and connectivity, and the lack of a gender perspective. To this end, it will be committed to promoting initiatives that promote digitalization and the implementation of technologies in different sectors, as well as female entrepreneurship.

In addition to the FPCM, nine other science and technology parks participate in APTEnisa Emprende. These are: Garaia Technology Park, Tecnoparc Technology and Innovation Park, Malaga TechPark, La Salle Technova Barcelona, Balearic Park of Technological Innovation (ParcBit), Science and Technology Park of Tenerife, Technology Park of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Science Park of Alicante and Avilés Science and Technology Park “Island of Innovation”.
