The drones of Hovering Solutions Ltd<\/a>., located at the Fundaci\u00f3n Parque Cient\u00edfico de Madrid (FPCM), work underground, in civil structures and other difficult-to-access environments.<\/h4>\n

Exploring subway tunnels or sewers, chimneys and other conduits, examining the condition of structures inside and out, monitoring mining operations – earth movement, waste deposits, etc. – or inspecting explosive atmospheres are some of the specialized tasks performed by the drones of this emerging company. The technology developed by this Madrid-based engineering start-up<\/em> offers millimeter precision in tasks in such diverse fields as civil engineering, mining, and the environment. This achieves much better results than conventional techniques without drones. <\/p>\n

In a recent article<\/a> published in El Espa\u00f1ol, Fran Espada, CEO of this FPCM-based company, details the particularities of their approach. Hovering Solutions Ltd.’s facilities are located in one of the ESA BIC Comunidad de Madrid nodes, specifically at FPCM.
