Solid experience in machinery inspection and compliance with technical operating protocols is essential. Proficiency is required in the areas of HVAC, electricity, electronics, and fire protection systems, etc.<\/li>\n<li>At least <strong>5 years<\/strong> of demonstrable experience in the technical maintenance of specialized research infrastructure. Specific experience in general-purpose laboratories and culture rooms is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The successful candidate will primarily perform the following duties:<\/p>\n<h5><strong>INFRASTRUCTURE DEPARTMENT<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h6><strong>1. Project Management and Subcontracting<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of the maintenance and operation of the building, facilities, and scientific equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of subcontractors (comprehensive maintenance)<\/li>\n<li>Management of energy supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Execution and monitoring of repairs and new installations.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of technical documentation for highly complex strategic projects planned for the coming fiscal years at the Foundation.<\/li>\n<li>Control and up-to-date archiving of plans, diagrams, and technical documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Incident management.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration in technical consulting.<\/li>\n<li>Direct execution and on-site support for troubleshooting and the implementation of new infrastructure. Solid knowledge and practical experience in handling tools and equipment specific to the sector are essential.<\/li>\n<li>As the emergency response leader, you must define and communicate the emergency response protocol to your team.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with other units (IT and Scientific Incubator)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>2. Procurement and Supply Management<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Management tasks required to carry out this role (market research, requests for proposals, comparison of quotes and technical validation, verification of delivery, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of documentation for on-site analysis to assess needs for repair, refurbishment, or improvement, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AREA<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>No prior experience in this specific area is required.
