Manager<\/strong> will work in the <strong>Funditec INNOVA&#8217;s Consulting division<\/strong> to define and execute the commercial strategy. Reporting to the division&#8217;s Director, your main tasks will be divided into the following areas:<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Sales Strategy:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Definition, execution, and monitoring of the <strong>commercial strategy<\/strong> for the Consulting division.<\/li>\n<li>Definition and control of <strong>annual sales targets<\/strong> and revenue at a national and European level.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous updating of the commercial strategy based on market evolution and team capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Networking and Commercial:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Business generation and client acquisition<\/strong> for R&amp;D&amp;i consultancy services.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of effective sales pitches and commercial presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Searching for business opportunities, including <strong>public tenders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Identification, acquisition, and <strong>retention of clients<\/strong>, partners, and collaborators.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation of commercial terms and promotion of the division&#8217;s services.<\/li>\n<li>Representation of Funditec in associations, platforms, and innovation forums.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Project Operations:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Development and writing of <strong>proposals and service offers<\/strong>, in coordination with the technical team.<\/li>\n<li>Definition of budgets for proposals and offers.<\/li>\n<li>Document management of the administrative and financial aspects of the proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with Funditec&#8217;s corporate departments (Legal, Finance, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>We are looking for a professional with a strategic vision, commercial skills, and demonstrable experience in the innovation consulting sector. To fill the position, the following is required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An engineering, bachelor&#8217;s, or higher university degree, with <strong>specialization or complementary training in innovation management<\/strong>. A Master&#8217;s degree will be positively valued.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience of at least <strong>4 years<\/strong> in business development and negotiation processes in the R&amp;D&amp;i consulting sector.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of <strong>European funding programs (Horizon Europe, EIC, Interreg, etc.)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in tendering processes for <strong>public bids<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C1 level of Spanish and English<\/strong>.
