Funditec plays a key role in the technology development value chain, offering sustainable and secure R&amp;D projects to its clients and industrial partners in line with current economic and social you!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>THE MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Creation, management, coordination, and leadership of consortia of companies, research centers, and public organizations at the European level<\/li>\n<li>Writing project proposals for EU R&amp;D funding<\/li>\n<li>Elaboration and coordination of:\n<ul>\n<li>Excellence, Impact, and Implementation sections;<\/li>\n<li>administrative documentation and budgets for consortium proposals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Specific elaboration of sections on:\n<ul>\n<li>exploitation plans, business, and market of R&amp;D project results;<\/li>\n<li>intellectual property plans and technology monitoring reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and national and European partners to define project ideas, evaluate their viability and conformity with the call and fundable topics<\/li>\n<li>Global management of the proposal, including final responsibility for the timely, correct, and quality submission of the application<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and evaluating European project proposals to improve and ensure proposal quality<\/li>\n<li>Relationship with main European partners and clients<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of the activity and markets of client companies and identifying new R&amp;D+i activities that may be eligible for funding<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with the business development team in identifying consultancy opportunities related to innovation management and in creating value propositions, offers, and presentations to potential clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree, preferably Master&#8217;s\/PhD, in digital technologies, ICT areas (computer engineering, telecommunications, software, or related fields)<\/li>\n<li>Scientific-technical specialization<\/li>\n<li>Postgraduate training in International R&amp;D+i Project Management<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years of proven experience in innovation consultancy and in writing, applying for, and managing European projects (preferably RIAs and IAs from H2020 and Horizon Europe or similar European programs)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in international business development is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience in preparing and writing other national R&amp;D+i funding proposals (e.g., CDTI, State Research Agency, red.es, etc.) is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel across Europe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>High level of Spanish (native or equivalent, oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>High level of English (native or C1\/C2, oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and scientific-technical leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent commercial and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinking and strategic vision<\/li>\n<li>Leadership ability and teamwork with
