Funditec plays a key role in the value chain of technological development by offering sustainable and secure R&amp;D projects to its clients and industrial partners in line with current economic and social needs.<\/p>\n<p>You will be part of the Administration and Finance Department, reporting directly to Financial Management, with the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and continue developing in a dynamic and innovative environment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>THE MAIN TASKS WILL BE:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h6><strong>GENERAL AND ANALYTICAL ACCOUNTING<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete accounting cycle and supervision of it.<\/li>\n<li>Financial control and management of the Foundation\u2019s different cost centers.<\/li>\n<li>Balance sheet analysis by Business Units and cost centers in detail.<\/li>\n<li>Estimation and analysis of deviations to study improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Asset registration and amortization, bank reconciliations, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Provision and amortization management.<\/li>\n<li>Support in audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>MANAGEMENT CONTROL \/ CONTROLLER<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation and monitoring of budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of budget deviations and cost control.<\/li>\n<li>Periodic reports for Management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports and monitor budgetary objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of deviations and operational and financial KPIs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>MANAGEMENT OF PURCHASES AND SUPPLIERS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Order tracking and delivery note reception control.<\/li>\n<li>Stock control and coordination with other departments.<\/li>\n<li>Contact and negotiation with suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Processing of purchases and orders.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up and control of supplier payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3-5 years of experience in finance (preferably in auditing or financial accounting in large companies or consulting firms).<\/li>\n<li>Good command of the Spanish PGC (General Chart of Accounts) and the complete accounting cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical ability to interpret CCAA (Annual Accounts) and financial statements.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAGE 200 is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Good Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Profile with a strong desire to grow, contribute, and add value in a company
